Coach Selection
Coaches are all volunteers. Coaches submit their names for consideration. The board then evaluates the volunteers and coaches are voted on by the board when we have more coach volunteers than available teams.

Coach Evaluation
At the end of each season, every family is asked to fill out a survey to provide feedback on each player's manager and assistant coaches  These evaluations are used in future years in the selection of managers and coaches.
